I did learned around Cancer is longer than around Capricorn. Usually 30~31 days in each zodiac.

March Equinox: 3/21
June Solstice: 6/22
September Equinox: 9/23
December Solstice: 12/22

Equinox to Solstice, or Solstice to Equinox duration
3/21 to 6/22: 93 days
6/22 to 9/23: 93 days
9/23 to 12/22: 90 days
12/22 to 3/21: 89 days (90 days in leap year)

Equinox to Next Equinox
3/21 to 9/23: 186 days
9/23 to 3/21: 179 days (180 days in leap year)

3/21 to 9/23 is a week longer than 9/23 to 3/21. Why happening this in calendar? Because this is differences about Apsis.
Perihelion: 1/3
Aphelion: 7/4
Perihelion occurs in winter, Aphelion occurs in summer.

Perihelion: 147.5 million km
Aphelion: 152.6 million km
But only 3% differences between Perihelion and Aphelion. It ignores affect temperatures on the Earth.
